Riverview Credit Union, Inc. is seeking the right people to join our team! RCU is looking for the following positions to be filled in our Belpre location: Member Service Representative and Phone Specialist.

Member Service Representative responsibilities include servicing members in a courteous and professional manner, and providing prompt, efficient, and accurate service in processing their transactions. Must have excellent communication, customer service, and cross-selling skills. Must be able to effectively manage a cash drawer and balance transactions. Financial institution experience preferred.

Phone Specialist responsibilities include answering incoming calls, forwarding calls to appropriate staff, and perform transfers and other daily member requests. Also must provide prompt, efficient, and accurate service in processing member transactions. Must have excellent communication, customer service, and cross-selling skills.
