Manage Your Card With Our Mobile App
Enjoy more control and protection over your debit card with our “Manage My Cards” feature on our free mobile app. You can temporarily freeze your debit card in the event it is misplaced or presumed lost or stolen. If the card was misplaced and then found, you can un-freeze the card and resume using it. In the event it isn't found, you would still need to contact us to have a replacement card sent to you.
Here's how to use the "Manage My Cards" feature:
- Download the free Riverview mobile app for your Apple® or Android™ device.
- Open the app on your device and select the “More” option.
- Choose “Manage My Cards."
